I am very happy with the quality of the glasses I received and have put them through a lot in just a short two weeks and they are holding up well in and out of my pockets without the protective covering that comes with them. I needed glasses with higher diopters than what is typically out there and these are very good. They seem very durable and I like the clarity of the lenses and the glasses are study and built well. One thing that I noticed with these glasses is that you have a more wider range of focal length that stays clearer whether you are reading a book or on the computer and you don't have to constantly move back and fourth all the time to adjust your position for clarity. I think that it speaks well of the focal quality of this lens for some reason You can switch fast from either book or computer and not struggle to get your eyes adjusted. That was my problem with other glasses that were much more expensive. You really can't beat this deal. I'm planning to probably order another five just to have more around since I leave my glasses at work at home and who knows where. ... show more

These feel fairly sturdy, have stood up to a couple of drops already and they make me look smart...and trust me, I need all the help I can get. I have progressive prescription glasses, but I don't really need the distance vision, so I think I prefer these. The progressives can make me a little dizzy after wearing them at the computer for a couple of hours and these don't do that. If you're getting older, and starting to realize the cruel joke your body's playing on you, by requiring glasses to read EVERYTHING then welcome to your new reality. Hush now and wipe away those tears, because these babies are cheap enough to keep a pair in every room, your car, your office, your spouses car, your ex-spouses car and definitely in the bathroom...that's were I do my best work. ... show more

I frankly did not expect much at this price. I hoped for some glasses that would be good to have tucked in drawers and on side tables for reading and at $3.00 a pair, I thought they would be junk. But they are NOT! I absolutely love these glasses. They fit very comfortably and they have a bit of give on the sides. I don't think I have a scratch on any of them and none have broke. I'm pretty hard on glasses so I expected some damage by this time, but it's been over three months and they all look in good condition. When Covid started, I went for an eye exam, and yep... caught Covid at the doctor's office via the close contact with staff. Two of my friends did as well. So - since my prescription isn't very strong or wonky, I found that I can use these types of glasses in a couple of different strengths or regular stuff and computer work, reading, etc. I've been using them since so far with no complications. Not everyone can do that depending on your prescription, but for me, they work. I have lost my prescription lenses and need to get to the optometrist to get a new prescription. I did notice that my old script was the 1.5x that they had. I bought them on the idea if it didn't work, I would return them. It turns out they are excellent for driving, my long-distance focus. I found some other 2.75x for reading but will replace just after my eye exam appointment. They are light weight, and not anything that will hold together for a year, but for interim use, go for it! ... show more

These are made in China, what isn’t but they are much better than brand name readers I have paid up to $20 a pair from CVS Walmart etc. highly recommend. There is a shiny coating that scratches off over time but the lenses are what I like best for scratch resistance
