I hung mine up from the wall, and it worked good. The gloves are great, jump rope is a little tangled when you first get it, but it's nice. If you are a bigger guy you may need to add weight. I'm about 158 and it works good for my size.

I install this item in my garage, very easy to do, I use the hanging method, screw directly to the wood beams, very good quality, the wall hanging looks very weak, needs improvement, I bought a new pair of Gloves, the ones that comes with it, it’s good for my daughter, but no for a wide hands man, it moves a lot when punch hard, but just buy the strap that holds it to the ground and you are set, overall satisfied with the items. ... show more
