Both Igloo freezers were damaged on arrival . On both the edges were banged pretty bad. Especially one of them, the control panel was pushed in about an inch and a half. There is a big , sharp fold on the wall . Iwas very disappointed when I saw that. But I had to install them anyway, because my old freezer was already moved out and damaged. I had lots of frozen food that needed to get back to freezer. And I did not know how to tell you about it. So hopefully something needs to be done about it . ... show more

The freezer, remarkably, was delivered on time and in perfect condition, right next to my basement door. It was easy to unpack (I left the base on for easy sliding) and I moved it myself into position. It started up, cooled down and we packed it with meat! This time they dropped off in garage only with our responsibility to move where we wanted and to remove the box it came in.
