I wouldn't buy this product. I got it for my daughter for X-mas 2 months ago. The manual said that the back tire might come flat during shipping. Yes it was flat! But what they didn’t say was that it would go flat after 1 day of use. I live over 4 hours from my daughter and she has only used it 3x because the process of putting air in the tire almost requires a certified mechanic. First you have to remove a valve extender from the handlebar. Then you have to open a dime sized cover on the sprocket case and insert the valve extender thru the case and then thru another smaller hole in the sprocket. Be careful to not chop off your fingers on sprocket teeth when spinning around to line up with dime sized hole. Now you only have to push the extender another few inches to engage the valve on the tire that goes flat after every use. Support from Amazon and the seller has been lackluster. Amazon doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong with a manual that comes from the manufacturer (Razor), that says the tire come FLAT. And VM Innovations offered to send me another tire. Cannot imagine the process of replacing this tire so the scooter sits and gets pumped up once a month when I visit my daughter. I have bought many Razor products including 2 top of the line hover boards and multiple scooters. After this experience not so sure about Razor products and this notoriously defective product that they mention in their manual and the flat tire. Amazon some how deleted my product review mentioning this too, so I'm sure this info will probably get deleted too. I have tried super gluing the tire and using rubber cement. Not what you should expect when buying a $250 electric scooter. Support from Amazon & VM Innovations has been non-existent. Just reading this you can see how wrong your are - give me my money back. What rip off - going back to old school shopping - bye Amazon. ... show more

Very easy to assemble!!! The tires both came already inflated! I bought this for my 13 year old daughter as a gift for straight A's all year and she legit loves it! It has a lot of pick up!! Handles very well! A lot bigger than i expected to be honest. Cons: can not adjust handle bars and it does not travel in a car well because it does not fold! I give this priduct 9 out of 10 stars!! ... show more

Super cool mode of transport for a chronic alcoholic like myself. I outfitted my E300 with headlights, brake lights and topped it off with a handlebar mount soft cooler to optimize the “martini’s on the move”. I can scoot through my town at 15mph sucking down ice cold frosty’s. I do however wear a helmet, safety first! Anyway, I gave this DUI beater a five star rating. ... show more

Arrived in packaging with picture of the scooter. Thankfully my grandson was not here or there would have been no surprise He was happy to get it but I don't know how it will work over time .

I’m sure my daughter will absolutely love this since she’s been asking for one for months, just be careful when and where you have it delivered. It comes in a box with the name and full color picture displayed, no outside packaging around it. So what was supposed to be a Christmas gift from Santa became an early gift from mom and dad who showed up at home after our daughter saw the package displayed right in front of the garage for all to see. ... show more
