I love this cologne. These from the Middle East are so different from American colognes. They have a spicy vanilla scent and easy to ware all the time. This is better than Invictus in scent, sillage, and longevity. It is getting discovered so get at a low price before it takes off! Four sprays will do it and last all day. Beast it up with more or keep it quiet with less, but you will be proud wearing this. Can you tell I unboxed it this morning, wore it all day, and loved every minute of it? I am a 58 year old man and not easily impressed. This is a great scent regardless of age though. If you like Invictus type scents, get this. Really nice. ... show more

This is just a wonderful treat to the olfactory senses. I imagine walking through the marketplace, somewhere in the Middle East, enjoying the various spices and aromas and capturing them in a bottle. This would be that bottle. This is a great scent at a very inexpensive price. If you enjoy fragrances such as D&G The One Royal Night, then you will appreciate this. It packs more of a punch, but, longetivity is about 4-5 hours on my skin. Though, that is common with too many fragrances for me. This is my second Rasasi fragrance, the other being Hawas, which has jumped up in price, probably from all the hype. While I really like both, this one smells less synthetic and possesses more depth.     • In my opinion this smells better than Shurah and Hawas. The vanilla in the juice is noticeable.
Rasasi Daarej IMO is the better of the three. But it's the third in rank for longevity. Shurah lasts the longest, then Hawas, and then Daarej. Women I think like Daarej better. They wouldn't tell me I smelled nice, but the vibe with me and women was more pleasant in the clubs with me wearing this versus the other three. Just a tad bit. One woman got kind of close up on me when talking to me because she probably liked how I smelled. Those little signs was enough to make me think about wearing this fragrance more often than the other three on nights out. To me there is no seasonal scents.     • It puts the smell on the skin...
First, I was disappointed with shipping but that doesn't factor into the review. Eventually the product arrived nicely packaged but was afraid it was leaking when I opened it up. Not the case though. The fragrance itself is intriguing to say the least. So much so that it's almost like you wear it just to understand it. Then when you feel you've gotten that understanding, you begin to critique the other elements. The sillage of this fragrance is lacking but that doesn't disqualify it from making the rotation. The longevity however, makes it questionable. I get maybe 3 hours out of it...that's not good considering this is supposed to be an EDP. The price point for the bottle size is almost unrealistic considering the overall outlook, which makes it a very safe blind buy. I'd recommend this to someone who is not as into fragrances as I am but want to elevate without the splurge that it sometimes takes. As an owner of many high end colognes and a few customs, this helps keep my every day smell cost to a minimum while saving the better stuff for the moments I want to make an impression. Quickly, it is a safe blind buy in my opinion if you like a sweet and spicy fragrance. It’s not strong and in your face. You get the vanilla, amber and the cumin notes in this. Longevity is good easily 8+ hours and I think this is a good date night fragrance for a male.
