The vent hood looks good but they could have kept the cheesy led light that doesn't really light up anything clearly. Their pictures are a dream, not actual reality. I bought a 30" hood of similar type for a tenant for the $75 less that came with 4 led lights that darn near lit up his kitchen. Also watch out because it doesn't come with the filters. They're an additional charge. Very disappointed with this item and if I hadn't already paid to have it installed before seing the actual lighting I would have sent it back. ... show more

Not sure what fool at the factory thought it'd be a good idea to wrap the parts in the protective wrap then assemble it together so the wrap can't come off. The hood is extremely flimsy and scratches fairly easy. Do not bother with it. Complete trash.

The instructions were vague. It took an hour to get all the adhesive plastic off the stainless steel. Once I turned the fan on, the whole hood vibrated even though it was anchored securely. It’s so loud; there is no way I can use this. Also the light is in the back and hardly projects on the stove. Horrible range hood! ... show more

The unit I got came looking a little banged up. Not sure what was going on with the packers but they must have been having a crappy day to just throw the pieces in the box the way they did. The fan motor is so loud even on the lowest setting it is unbearable. It vibrates to the point you have to shut it off. Also, the light is so dim that's it's almost pointless to use it. ... show more
