It’s a good size, not too big, but not too small. It comes with a rubber strap around it so it takes less impact damage from the truck bouncing around. The routes I get aren’t always the best option, but that’s why I also have the Garmin Dezl next to it in my truck. While they both work great, there’s no reason to rely on one only, when both have areas that they are lacking. So far I find the truck routes it gives me are quite accurate. *Edit 1* Working out quite nicely. I am working on a dedicated account and delivering to stores. When I put in the store address I can pick the specific store and save it to my bookmarks list which then allows me to search for the store number when I need to go back to the same store. The only thing I wish it would do would be to allow me to select the truck entrance to the location I’m heading to, I also wish it would update my route for traffic conditions, but my Garmin GPS does both of those things. ... show more

This is my second year 7” tablet and it works perfectly. It’s also gives you a lot of extra’s like truck stops, scales and points of interest. Simplified and easier to use than the older models.

Well it was a learning experience yet one that has inspired to enjoy this new technology even though the old school ways of reading a paper map still helps were people don’t frequent travel yet having the technology to see the actual satellite view of locations is awesome and helps even more with the Maneuvering this big truck … Worth the $$ ... show more

Oh boy where do I start? This gps sounded great on paper but it is awful! I bought it so I could use the weather feature but I can't get it to pair up to my hotspot or tether it to my Bluetooth. When I type in a legit company address it can't find it. So I end up typing in the city or town to get me in the right direction. Now mind you I have the company gps but its not great either, but 10,000 more times reliable than this POS! Even typing in a city this thing would get me lost if I didn't have a clue on where to go. If I followed this thing I would be getting off on every exit I pass and then getting back on the same highway I'm traveling on. Exit and enter same highway, hahahaha WTF?!? The graphics are good, but that's about all. I use it to show me upcoming turns, posted speeds and that's it. If I wasn't out on the road I would have returned it and bought a Garmin, but its past the 30 day return policy. I like the hell out of the Rand McNally 2023 laminated trucking map that I use often, but this gps is garbage. DON'T BUY IT!!!!! ... show more

After a few years of very light use, the touchscreen has become non-responsive, rendering the unit useless. This was my second Rand McNally, probably the last. I thought trying to do a factory reset may help, but "Support" told me, "Please also be aware that with touch screen issues, a lot of times once you factory reset, you can not get past the setup screen." ... show more
