  • Extremely durable and top notch quality
Style: 79 Inch
The heavy duty garden leaf rake is the best rake I'm seen in my sixty plus years of gardening and homecare. From the tines to the head of the rake all the way to the tip of the handle this is rake is made with top notch quality materials and is made to be thick and sturdy. It is extremely durable and I especially love that you can choose to leave out a section of handle to adjust the length to be shorter. I believe this rake will outlast any other rake brand. The only possible concern I would have is that it may be too heavy for elderly, but that's what are grandkids are for. :) ... show more

  • Great Quality
Style: 65 Inch
I have a yard that has a whole lot of trees, and they are hickory and pine and oak so you can imagine the mess they leave every fall and throughout the whole year with limbs and leaves constantly falling and my over 35 year old small wooden handle rake has pretty much had its day. I saw this rake that was longer and much wider than my old one, so I thought I'd give it a try and man was I surprised at the size and heavy-duty construction there was such a huge difference needless to say I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the choice. This rake has a larger handle making it easier to grip much stronger tines and also much wider and the handle you can adjust to whatever length I prefer fit the bill for me to the max. It is made of steel and that makes it really strong especially for the raking of hickory nuts limbs lots of leaves at once and pine straw yes, the heavy-duty construction makes it a little heavier but all the plus's out weight that very small detail. This rake makes it faster and easier to reach out and get a good load while not giving at all to the load of debris you are pulling into a pile. Yes, I am very happy with this ... show more

  • Well Made & Designed Steel Rake - Nice Thick Powder Coated Hammered Paint - Nice Length
Style: 65 Inch
Ordered this Heavy Duty Garden Rake for Leaves - Metal Leaf Rake with 37-65 inch Adjustable Steel Handles for my use in our landscaping and garden. The last couple times I've mowed, I've noticed weeds growing in the landscape around our house and also stray leaves, and debris gathered up around our shrubs and plants. Also noticed the mulch has thinned out as well. Knew it was time of year to refurbish the landscape and re-mulch and clean it all up again. I recently just bought 75 bags of mulch for the house area. Also while recently shopping online for some weed killer and garden items, I saw this heavy duty grade steel rake and was reading about it, and how it's made and material and ordered it. Love this rake!. Now this is the way most all rakes need to be made and designed. It's made of heavy grade steel and even the (25) tines are steel. I like the heavy thick powder coat finish paint as that makes it weather proof and from deteriorating. Also like the long handle as it's adjustable from 37" up to 65". Also like the good thick grips and the handle is designed to hang it in my shed when not using. The 18" wide rake head helps clean up quicker as it covers more ground when raking. • Works well but a bit heavier than expected
Style: 65 Inch
This is a smaller rake but it's a heavier metal, so if you are cleaning a bigger area it's a bit heavy. Otherwise it's well made and seems like it will last a while.

  • Excellent rake
Style: 79 Inch
Note that there is a 10% coupon currently in effect. I have artificial turf in my back yard, and the rake I had previously was a little too rigid for turf. The tines were short and too stiff - they would snag on the turf and do a poor job of raking leaves and debris. I ordered this rake in the hopes that it would have the right balance of sturdiness and flexibility in the tines. I'm happy with this rake so far. It is very sturdy and well crafted. I used all of the pole segments, and it is quite long. The pole and the rake head itself are made of metal and feel solid. The tines on this rake are an interesting length. I've definitely seen both longer and shorter tines. I haven't come across many rakes at this length. The tines are flexible enough that I can effectively rake leaves without snagging the turf too much. It still happens on occasion, but it's much better than my old rake. The rake head is also slightly curved, which is interesting. All in all, I'm quite pleased with this rake. Recommended. ... show more

  • Pleasantly surprised
Style: 79 Inch
I went into this expecting little, but this rake is surprisingly nice. In particular, the extendable handle is sturdy. I have had problems with tools sporting extendable screw in metal handles, they can often be weak and not up to real human usage. So, far, this one is great, the threading locks in well and the handle is sturdy for the tool type. I doubt it would stand up to the levels abuse a true threaded handle could take, and it isn't the kind of handle I would use for anything more rigorous than raking of leaves, but it does that job well, so that is all that matters. The rake head itself performs well, and there is nothing actually wrong with it so far, rakes leaves and pine needles for me without issue, but in an updated version, the rake head could have thicker gauge reinforced tines. I dropped the rake and one of the tines bent slightly out of place, it does not affect usage at all for me, yet that is definitely the one weakness in this product that could be shored up. ... show more

  • Easy to assemble
Style: 79 Inch
This rake is very easy to assemble. The handle can be adjusted to fit your height which is nice. It is very sturdy and the teeth are spaced close enough together that it picks up leaves and debree with ease. I have already raked my yard about 3 times with it and have had no trouble at all with it. The handle can also be easily disassembled if need to save on space for storage. ... show more

  • Nice rake, not great for camping
Style: 79 Inch
I got this rake because it was advertised as something useful for campers. As a camper I wanted a sturdy collapsible rake to be able to smooth out and level out camp sites for a flatter space to setup my tent. While this does a fine job for clearing the area, and it is very sturdy and strong, it's not ideal for a camper as it's much bigger than you'd want to carry. Plus camping gear usually comes with some neat way of organizing, storing, and carrying the gear. This is just a bunch of loose extensions and a rake and very unwieldy to carry with your backpack and gear. There is no storage bag, or even a clipping mechanism. So I've resorted to using my own bungee. ... show more
