One month supply of gelatin-free, easy to swallow probiotic capsules which claim to contain 15 billion CFUs of Lactobacillus probiotics. In addition it has 5 mcg of Vitamin D which I appreciate.     • A good months worth of feminine probiotics
This product, the Rael probiotics was ordered for my daughter who takes this type of supplement regularly. I was familiar with the Rael brand and I recognize it as the maker of a line of natural and healthier feminine hygiene products so I felt more confident in testing this new product. My daughter reported to me that these were easy to take and she had no ill effects from them. She couldn't report any immediate benefits from them either. I was glad this didn't need refrigeration because it's easier to take them consistently when it's visible on an open shelf. I'm giving this supplement a four. The Rael Probiotics Supplements for Women arrived in a double sealed bottle and not hard to open up and no damaged product and well packaged with instructions on use. After using all of this, I can say I my digestive system has had less problems, not feeling bloated, more of my regular self. Will recommend and will get again. ... show more

We have used these for about a month but haven't noticed a difference. It makes us feel like we are doing the right thing but arent sure if it truly makes a difference!

    • Gentle probiotic
It's a small bottle but comes from a reliable brand and I like that my bottle arrived shrink wrapped, hermetically sealed for protection. Rael makes a number of products that supports women's health (organic cotton liners, pads, period panties, for example) and I was stoked to see that they've opened up a line of probiotics for vaginal health that I thought I'd give this a try. I've taken these for a few weeks now, and I haven't noticed any negative symptoms or side effects. Take it as directed - with a glass of water and to store it in a cool, dry place. I've decided to just put mine in the fridge where I store my other probiotics to make accessibility centralized. I don't know of anyone with magnesium or potato sensitivities (well, my 88 yr MIL is weary of potatoes as she has to watch her potassium levels) but I imagine that the levels are very, very minimal in one probiotic capsule and if you do have a serious, chronic condition to discuss taking any supplements including this one with your primary care provider. ... show more

This product really worked well for me. As I’ve gotten older things have changed and this probiotic really has helped with several issues I was having. The capsules were easy to swallow because they are not very big. I really like that I only have to take one a day. Even the packaging is well thought out. The bottle is not large but it is full and not half empty like so many products on the market. I can easily pack this bottle for travel if I don’t want to put in a pill case because the size doesn’t take up much space. Will definitely be buying more once I need more probiotics. ... show more

I’ve used other Rael products before and find them to be very helpful if used regularly. This product has probiotics specifically for feminine health and maintaining Ph levels. I used these pills regularly and had zero issues with flavor or swallowing. They have no taste and are smaller so easy to use. So far I have had no issues with my ph when using these so I assume they work well. I will update if anything else happens! ... show more
