These are hands down my favorite pimple patches! I love the original version of these patches - but these are even better. They are just as thin and low profile, they stick well, and they work even better to resolve spots big or small. I could actually tell the difference between the two products. I have also used them for spots that are in the post-acne stage and they have helped to resolve some of the dark marks / scarring. I also love that they are all the larger size - this just works out better for me as I found myself using more of the bigger patches in the mixed box originals.
