The top white part is removable and stores inside the bottom part for easy storage. The Flowboard training jib is designed to be used with your own snowboard boots and snowboard. No additional equipment needed. It is more about training your body by repetition to jump up onto rails and jibs. So we recommend using the shortest snowboard that you own for training purposes. Always make sure you have adequate open space when training. We recommend an area 12 foot square. If you were to fall you don’t want to land on tables, chairs or furniture. Start your training without the top piece installed for easier learning. Place your snowboard and body parallel to the bar and jump up onto the training bar in the desired angle and pose that you want to accomplish on the mountain. Repetition is key!
