  • Easy to use.
The best thing about it is, when you put them in it automatically turns on and when you take them out they automatically turn off you can use your phone to adjust volume and mode. It is very helpful when your fingers can’t feel the button. Price is great, fit is good sound is great because you can adjust the background noise. The only thing when you pair it to your phone you need to keep phone close , if not it keeps turning off. ... show more

  • Ability control to the invitorment
The hearing aids are helping my hearing even when not in use. With the hearing aids Bluetooth with the smartphone Ican block the conversations away from your table and hear your dinner companions. Being rechargeable saves on the budget I had hearing aids from HRC BUT MY different environments made it impossible control The old hearing aids needed replacing daily. After 3 years I donated the to help someone who was not able afford, them ... show more

  • Hearing aids work OK with some caveats
Pros: - The hearing aids do amplify sound to make it easier to hear. - They have several modes, though I couldn't tell the difference between them - The app has a simple hearing test so you can amplify 5 frequencies bands differently to suit your hearing Cons: - Every time I insert them in my ears, there is loud, high pitched feedback that gave me a headache. - Initial pairing with the app was difficult. - The app says there is a new version available, but the new version (1.6.33) is already installed. - They seem to pick up nearby sounds like typing on a keyboard more than distant sounds like someone talking to you. ... show more

  • Constant screeching, stops working, drops music mode intermittently
Both earpieces screech relentlessly no matter what I do. After following instructions, nothing works. Also, the right earpiece stops working intermittently - then starts again randomly. Also both earpieces drop music mode and go back to loud screeching. Chines, unapproved Android software. This product is awful. ... show more

  • Great Value Hearing Aids with a Lot of Features!
(This review is for the Hearivo QX Pro Hearing Aids.) What I like the most about these is that they do seem to be "actual" hearing aids when used with the app (ForSound)—as opposed to just amplifiers. I have been wanting to get something like this, but this was my first chance to do so. You can tell the difference from simple amplifiers, especially if your hearing loss is more pronounced for some frequencies (as is true for most people). You can use the app to do a hearing test and customize the frequency boosts. Compared to a simple amplifier, there are fewer loud, abrasive noises, and you don't have to ride the volume as much to hear people. Basically, you can just hear better, although it isn't as though your hearing becomes perfect. It's very cool how they turn on off automatically when removed, and turn on automatically when they are in your ear. These are CIC (Completely in Canal) hearing aids, so they are fairly discrete and you have to get used to taking them in and out. There's usually some feedback when putting them in—maybe I need to experiment with different ear domes. The instructions seem clearly written, but the video on the product page describes all the main features very clearly. The product I received was new and shrink-wrapped. I wouldn't use this for handling calls over bluetooth, since the audio quality isn't that impressive for calls. The tinnitus masking mode is a great idea, but I haven't yet used it. I occasionally get tinnitus, but not often. The charging case seems nice and basically does what it's supposed to do. It's easy to put the hearing aids in the charging case, and they charge at a reasonable speed. ... show more

  • Great features, simple to use
I'm really happy with the Hearivo QX Pro hearing aids. I've been able to test a bunch of different types of hearing aids and amplifiers, and this pair is a really good fit for someone with moderate hearing loss. The best feature of these is that they're really easy to use. The have one single button that you use for volume, to switch to Bluetooth sound, or to switch hearing modes. Yes, there's an app, but you don't need to use it - this is a godsend for elderly parents that don't like phones or apps. Operation is easy. They are relatively tiny. Not the smallest I've seen, but very small, and they fit really well in my ear. I personally have very narrow ear canals, so the small size works well for me, and I was okay with the small ear domes that came with the unit. Bluetooth operation on a hearing aid is really important to me. I'd say half of my listening time is with a device, so having an aid that switches pretty seamlessly between hearing aid and earbud is really what I think every hearing aid should have. Sound quality for the Bluetooth (music) operation of these is good, not great. I've heard better sounding hearing aid music, but based on all of the great features of these I still think a five star review is in order. The tinnitus masking feature is new to me. I've been plagued with tinnitus on and off over the past couple of years. I don't happen to have it now, but when I do I'll be thankful for having the option to mask it with the noise cancelling sound of the QX Pro. Otherwise, the "general" mode is just fine for me. I hear very little squealing, mostly only when inserting them, and the background hiss and noises are minimal. All in all, this is a feature-rich device, yet not overly feature-packed or confusing to operate. ... show more

  • Hearing aids
It's kind of troublesome to get them adjusted to my ears, always having to adjust them, the phone app helps, wished they would of had extra information to order the ear buds and misc stuff, the charging can be troublesome as one didn't charge like suppose too. Good for the price!!
