This bowl has been great! Our dog is super messy when it comes to water (water puddles and drool literally everywhere). Since getting this bowl there's has not been as much water on the floor. It's seems that the water doesn't drip as much from his jowls which is great! Wish there was a larger size as our 80 lbs dog needs this bowl refilled 2-3 times per day.. probably more on really hot days. ... show more

I have a basset hound so this was purchased to avoid soaking wet ears. And so far it has done exactly that. It has definitely cut down on the amount of mopping I would have to do after Winston would drink his weight in water. I can definitely see how this might develop mold because there are a couple crevices that water can get into but it is easy to take apart and clean.
