This mattress provides great support and comfort! Cheapest mattress I've ever bought new and way more quality! Will note i also have a 2 inch gel memory foam pad on top of it. Using on a platform bed frame with plywood over the bars to prevent the bed from sinking between the bars makes a huge difference too! ... show more

I ordered this mattress (14 inch Queen) for my son and daughter in law for a Christmas present. The mattress has been out of the box for 4 days now and it is only up to 11 inches. It is uncomfortable! They say it is like sleeping on springs. To return the mattress, it says it has to be in the original box. Really??? How in the world do you fit a mattress that was vacuum compacted back into the box... let alone get it down the stairs of their house. I am very disappointed! I now have to order a mattress topper to go onto the brand new mattress that I ordered. ... show more

    • Firm, not medium-firm. Durable. Dimensions were spot-on. Amazing value I think for back sleepers.
Honest review. I ordered this mattress as in the title it says "medium firm" and I'm mostly a side sleeper nowadays. However further in the product listing it says "firm", and trust me... it's firm. It's a pretty stiff mattress, but is by no means completely uncomfortable. However, that one very specific reason is why I removed 2 stars. That's a pretty bad mistake to make for something that you can't really return if you don't have a vacuum compactor to shove it back into the box it was shipped in. Continuing with the review. It was $254 when I bought it and that's an amazing value. It's durable and I don't feel like it's going to leave a body impression any time soon. The size was spot-on for a queen and I just measured the thickness with a measuring tape and it is indeed measuring at 14 inches. I feel like that probably covers everything. ... show more

Seems to be a very good mattress so far-firm and comfortable. Came rolled up tightly bagged and boxed. It was quite heavy as the box did not really give you anything to grab onto. But otherwise I got it in and it decompressed most of the way within 8-10 hours, and fully within 48 hours. I got at 10am and slept on it by 11pm. Pay attention to the directions as you can speed this up with a warm room and air circulation (like a fan). ... show more
