This year we had another graduate and we were excited to put the tent up. Unfortunately we had record winds. The tent held up really well during a huge storm but we mistakenly secured a few sides inappropriately- four of the poles broke. We contacted customer service and Lynn responded to us immediately. I had ordered this for my daughters graduation party and didn't realize that one of the 3 boxes was not the box for the tent. After realizing Ithis error, I quickly reached out to them letting them know I had some missing parts. They quickly addressed the issue and they had the missing box delivered to me in perfect timing for the party. I am so grateful for their quick response in addressing this issue and helping us have shade for our guest. We received so many complements on how nice and big the tent was. Very disappointed in this read all specifications said water proof, heavy duty water resistant, uv protection just after set up first of rain found several little pinholes though out tent not to bad so just covered holes with white gator tape took care of it for quite awhile. I have made this a man cave set it on a 2x8 pressure treated platform and acquired it down to the platform. Now just over a year ago not it leaks everywhere especially all the seems the top is shot they would not honor it said it's over a year and warranty is not good anymore. My thoughts paying 1200 hundred dollars for it and all the specifications that they listed that it should last more than a year don't all of you? Well contacted seller and they want me to pay 300 dollars for a new top, I thought it was quite steep sense it's been leaks sense day one didn't replace it then because it's 20x40 not really very easy to take top back off it's 13.6 foot high plus it's full of all my man cave stuff, pool table stereo, lights etc. And would have to send it back to them before I was able to get another one. They wanted the hole tent back nuts. So the seller says he will sell me a top for 250 dollars but I have to purchase 5 is that stupid or what? The tent took 2 people about 1 hour to get set up and you'll definitely need a ladder for the cover. However overall it was pretty easy. We used the tent recently on a cold day but the tent kept my guests and I warm.

I purchased 2 of these tents early 2023. We had a few rough wind storms that really tested the tents and everything held up pretty good. The roofs are needing to be replaced so I reached out to customer service and I spoke with Doria who has very pleasant and helped me to order roofs separately without having to purchase an entire tent. I'll be installing the new roofs with some sturdier bungee chords because the ones provided have too much slack. I love these things and they hold up pretty good with weather. ... show more

Hi everyone I don’t usually write reviews for item that i bought but this is a especially review for Quictent. I bought a 20x20 tent a year ago for my girls party and family events. Long story short the tent got damage and I had like 10 poles ( part ). Well I started looking in different stores to see if I can replace my poles, even on the website, but i couldn’t find any poles for my tent and it was a headache. So I decided to go the main page where I got the tent from ( Quictent) and i started searching about replacing parts. And guess what ??? They have a email that u can contact them and they help u replacing the parts that you need. That was so awesome because u get the right pole for you tent. But what I LOVE MORE was that this company have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICES. They explain how the replacing process work. And it was so easy. But let me tell you, I hadn’t experienced a customer service like this. And if u buy from this company believe me you don’t have to worry about where u going to get your parts or struggle with bad customer services. Quictent have a fantastic customer service and having this type of people working on customer services, you are going to be a loyal customer for Quictent. Bought this tent for a few graduation parties First set up was slow but next set up was pretty smooth. Tent with bracing , top and bottom rails makes a pretty rigid frame. Needed some replacement parts and Pearl in customer service was very responsive and delightful.
