  • Great customer service and nice product
Color: Royal Blue Size: 10'x10'
I purchased the canopy for family summer camping and for my kids softball tournament. The attached netting is extremely useful and that's one of the reasons why we purchased this product. It made a huge difference in the summer night to keep bugs away. It worked so well that people from the nearby campsite asked us where we bought the canopy. It also held up well in rainy days. Set up is pretty easy, too. We did have issue with the frame broken when we tried to close it but it's probably due to the human error as we were hurry to leave. Martina from the customer service is super useful and answer our request super fast. She followed up on the process of sending out the replacement parts and make sure we were satisfied with the product. There are many similar canopy sellers out there but I can say Quictent's customer service is unbeatable. Will definitely recommend their products to our friends. ... show more

  • This is perfect for my patio
Color: Tan Size: 10'x20'
Our back patio faces East and is extremely sunny. When we decided to add a portable spa, it was necessary to give the patio slab some shade. This tent is perfect! It fits nicely on out patio slab which is 20 x 10 and it provides the much needed shade for the spa and some comfortable seating as well. So far, it has weathered a couple heavy rains and a thunderstorm with no problem. So, day or night - no matter the weather, we can enjoy the backyard in comfort and without annoying insects. This tent was exactly what we needed. My only complaint is that the fabric seems to be wearing somewhat by the hinges but it stills keeps out the rain.. ... show more

  • Good short-term shelter for fair weather, five-star customer support
Color: Green Size: 10'x10'
TL;DR: If you want a temporary structure to protect a few people from sun and bugs in good weather this thing is hard to criticize. Not the kind of thing you can just leave up unattended if it rains though. Setup was a bit difficult with one person. The step where you lock the top in place before you extend the legs was a bit more difficult as you're putting the fabric topper in tension with the same move, and the three legs you're not working on like to slip down while you're trying to lock one in. I got there, but there was some head-scratching first and then some strategic clamping involved. I think even one other person would have made it a lot easier though. That isn't unique to this canopy of course. I think it was probably as easy as any I've put up before. The fit and finish are also a bit messy. There are loose threads where things like the little straps and the logo panel are sewn onto the topper and the placement of these things isn't quite square. There are similar small defects in the screen walls. No holes or anything like that. The topper itself and the velcro patches in the corners are very square and a tight fit on the frame when it's opened up. The walls likewise fit very tightly and form a solid barrier when velcro-ed in place. Once all set up and secured with stakes and tie-downs the canopy holds up well to wind and provides solid protection from the sun. The biggest problem so far has been with rain. The sides of the frame aren't braced from the middle, so if there is enough wind against one side the topper slackens and cups ever so slightly. If it is raining at the time the cup fills up with water to the point where it permanently deforms the frame and stretches the fabric. If you are in it at the time you can just keep pushing the fabric up to dump the water away before it becomes a problem, but it has not fared well as a seasonal structure on my deck. Two decent rainstorms in the course of three weeks caused this cupping phenomenon on one side each. To its credit it didn't collapse despite a significant amount of water weight it wasn't designed to take. I reached out to the company about it and they were willing to replace the damaged parts to rectify the issue, which seems almost incredible to me these days. I thought about it but I ultimately declined because I don't think the damage happened because anything was defective, I was just asking for too much from it. Absolutely five stars on their customer service though. If your use case doesn't involve leaving it unattended in the rain I think this canopy is a pretty good value. ... show more

  • Good canopy for shade on your patio.
Color: Tan Size: 8'x8'
This canopy seems sturdy, we did add weights to the bottom for it to be secure. Set up was not bad once we figured out how the sides clicked into place. When we were setting up the mesh screen, I found a rip in the corner, I contacted customer service and worked with Milka to get a replacement mesh screen. We received the replacement screen about 3 days later. We are happy with this purchase as it provides a good shade for our patio. ... show more

  • Poorly Made for any bad weather
Color: Tan Size: 9'x9'
UPDATE: the seller provided me a full refund. It took a bit to get there but they did do it. They also did not require me to pack up all the broken pieces and send back. I just disposed of it in my trash. They were good to work with. I wouldn’t buy this tent/gazebo as it’s flimsy and not well made. But that’s not the sellers fault. It was several emails and past the return date before they finally gave me my money back but I was persistent. They didn’t respond in time for me to ever take this back to UPS and once it completely broke there was no way to pack it and they finally saw that (I had to send picture proof). All in all seller did the right thing after a month and a half. We received it broken. One leg wouldn’t snap in as we raised it. I reached out to manufac. and after a few weeks they sent a replacement. But I was in a different color. It’s too big to return and I’m just about past the return date. The full leg lart they sent isn’t even right or I would use it. The emails I get sound like someone translating a diff language to English. They are weird. And I asked for a discount since it was broken and they said after I try the part they could give $20. I haven’t reached back out. I’m just going to throw it away and get a better quality. It is up right now but it takes on rain water and the very flimsy poles on the roof cave in and we get a river of water. Not just some but enough to fill a barrel and water plants. This is not a great tent for everyday use. Take it up and down it might be better. But if you are in it when it rains you will need to constantly empty the pooled water. I dislike my choice. Wouldn’t buy again ... show more

  • Solid tent, good customer service
Color: Green Size: 8'x8'
The tent (with two able bodied people) is easy to raise and we like the green color very much. It feels sturdy and will provide the sun and bug protection we need in our backyard during summer months. The panels that wrap around the tent were the incorrect size, however, the customer service was friendly and quick to respond, resolving the issue quickly. ... show more
