First of all, the shipping I paid $50 for was delayed for around a week. Second of all, my product was missing an essential piece of the bed frame, causing me a lot of trouble. I am currently trying to get "SAMTRA" to send me the missing piece. I am expecting them to pay for shipping for the missing item, as well some form of compensation (at least a partial refund) for the trouble caused. This bed is not with the amount you have to pay in shipping. A piece also came broken but still was able to assemble. Also not worth it as I had to pay 50 dollars in shipping and it still arrived late. However the shipper said they would refund partially due to the trouble which was really nice

Update seller said they would refund me some money so the 1 star is now 3. Buyer beware. When taking it out of the box the vinyl peels off the wood. The dowels crack through the boards. It shakes and isn't sturdy. You can return it but ... Beware you have to PAY TO SHIP IT BACK! That's easily over 100 dollar cost. Do no recommend! ... show more
