Mattress is low quality, super bouncy in some spots and just firm in others. I have left the mattress expand for over a week hoping for it to get better but I now have to buy new mattress to replace this it is so uncomfortable

I have ordered 2 of these mattresses for my teen daughters. Both queen size 12 inch. They have both positives and negatives. I’ll start with the positives. 1. The price, both times I purchased they had a great coupon and I got both under $300. 2. Comfort, both my girls think they are comfortable. 3. No smell on opening. 4. Size is as described. Once opened they immediately opened to full size. 5. Mattress is not cheap looking. Now the negatives. 1. I feel like personally the mattress is too soft to have firm in the description. It’s not firm at all. 2. My overweight daughter has had hers about 2 months and the mattress is already flattening in the area she lays the most. She’s around 330 pounds for reference. I will say that customer service has been AMAZING and I love the way that Amazon backs their products. Overall I would buy this product again especially for younger kids/teens. ... show more

In one word I would describe the mattress as FRAGILE. Much better than sleeping on an air mattress but does not exhibit qualities of longevity. Have had one month. One person, average weight necessary to turn due to “valley”. Sides collapse under any pressure. Meets price point expectations.
