It is not a bad product. Most of it features worked great as advertised. However, after only about three months (after it's return or repair period) the wristband broke. I have been trying to find a replacement wristband for that particular model with zero success. I have tried contacting the vendor for the past two months with no sucess. In the meantime, the watch is sitting in my desk drawer without been used. So disappointed. ... show more

This watch is not waterproof, maybe for a sprinkle here or there, but not for submersion. Secondly, if you want this watch to monitor your heart rate with any degree of accuracy, this is not the watch to buy. The good thing about this watch is the battery life, it will last several days.

I like this watch, easy to read and good battery life. The problem I have is that the band broke in the first week, and there are no replacement bands that work with this watch. I reached out to the company and they sent me a new watch, but if that band breaks just as quickly it too will be useless. Lesson learned : make sure there are replacement bands before buying. UPDATE: I tried purchasing other watch bands and nothing really fit. I hate to throw something new away so decided to try to retrofit a set of bands I bought. The bands I bought from Amazon are https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08H5F223F?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details, Simply remove the pins in the bands, trim the corners off that same end of each band so it will fit in the side of the watch. I replaced the pins with regular watch pins from a men's watch and it fits perfectly ... show more
