Use this in our guest room and everyone that sleeps on it says its comfortable. Came vacuum sealed in a box and was easy to release and get set up. Took about 2 full days to reach its full thickness. Really like the look of the mattress cover material. Not too heavy but still may require a second hand to maneuver around. It is truly a medium firm feel mattress in case anyone wants to know.
