When it came I used the CD player for about an hour. I could barely see the LED display. I turned it off because company stopped by. I can't get it to come back on even when it's plugged into a working outlet. The sound was good the short time it worked. UPDATE - I contacted the seller and received excellent customer service. This is an edited review. I originally had a sound problem, but based on my review the company proactively reached out to me and resolved the issue very quickly. Top marks for customer support. This roughly cube-shaped unit is just what I need, a small rechargeable player with speakers that I can bring outside when I'm gardening. It has a clear sound and is certainly loud enough for my needs. I'm mainly using it in its USB mode for now, playing MP3 files from a USB flash drive. I'm happy to have this.     • It’s a CD Player and More!
Our second hand CD player bit the dust and I was on the prowl for a new one for our kids’ playroom. This one seemed to have what I wanted and more. Bluetooth connection is super easy to work with and the sound is impressive. The CD player works well (even with overused library CDs). I like that you have to pop the cd into place. The open and close of the cd holder is stiff. But that’s okay with me - my four year old can still navigate it pretty easily. I have not used the usb option or the auxiliary cord option yet. The volume buttons are in a nice location so my two year old doesn’t burst our eardrums. Radio works too! And I like that the cd starts playing on it’s own and that the device will turn off when the CD player has stopped. The lights are not that bright but a fun feature for my kids. We have to turn off all the lights to see it’s effect. Very cool though. I have not seen a way to turn them off; I also haven’t looked into it since it’s for our playroom and not a bedroom. I definitely would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a decent CD player and Bluetooth option. It’s not exactly simple for those are technologically oblivious. But it is a less complex device for those who are willing to learn. I did not see a remote control option. It comes with the wall plug and an auxiliary cord. ... show more

    • Rainbow Lights when Music Plays
This CD player is pretty cool. Got it for my daughter (the blue one) and she loves it because the speakers actually light up with rainbow colors and oscillate with the music (or sometimes kid's audiobooks). I didn't realize it had that feature when I purchased it, needing to replace the white version of this same product, but she absolutely loves it. It's got a port for USB, which you can play music (or audiobooks) directly off, if you have it on a USB flash-drive, as well as the typical CD player and radio options. I got this for my son to listen to audiobooks at bedtime. For the price, it does the job. The negatives are that the buttons are small and it’s hard to work out what’s what (volume up and down are on different sides, not easy to see how to skip forward etc) but it’s fine after you’ve squinted at it for a while. The lights come on automatically when you turn it on but just hold the power button for a few seconds and they turn off. Not bad for the money! ... show more
