The screw package had 1 extra screw for the short and medium length screws, that was nice because I dropped one and I think it went back to china. I never found it. That was a lifesaver. It holds my weight , lots of it with no problem. The only little irrittation is the cross braces come out when moving it around because I kept grabbing them for support. I tried using the mattress in a box without a box spring and it was too low making it difficult to get in and out of bed and because I sank further into the mattress I was too hot. The box spring corrected both problems nicely. Easy to assemble and extremely well built. Highly recommended.
