He bought this to coordinate with other furniture we bought from IKEA. The wood and metal frame/headboard works great in his room. The frame is high enough off the ground that it allows him to still use under bed storage containers without having to use risers. He said it was easy to put together and it took him about 30 minutes to finish putting it together by himself. It was packed in a long narrow box and it arrived earlier than expected. It is sturdy, doesn’t seem to make any noise and all the parts were in the box. His queen size mattress fit perfectly and sits at the right height for him. He’s at least 6’ tall and uses his box spring and mattress together to have the higher height for him for himself. He likes it. It looks nice in his room. He said it was easy to construct and is solid. We would purchase this frame again from this seller in the future. It really is the finishing touch he needed for his room. ... show more

Everything was fine with the product, not hard to assemble, no missing parts. Looks great and directions were easy to follow. Was very unhappy with FedEx, because we were out of town the day it was supposed to come so we had it re-routed to our local Walgreens, also came a day late, and it was printed on the sticker on the box to go to Walgreens, and the driver still delivered it to our home and never rang the doorbell and just left it on the steps. We called FedEx directly and the representative was very nice and apologized for what happened and said she would report what happened. Product is great, just have never liked FedEx! ... show more

I’m about the worst person in the world when it comes to assembly of items-I always get something backward or missing a part. But this bed was so well marked and prepped, I didn’t screwi it up! To start off with the instructions are almost useless. They are printed so small even with reading glasses its a joke to try to read them. Secondly the screws that come with this were super difficult to get into the back of the bed frame near the headboard. There is a tiny insert piece that the screw has to go into and screw into. The bedframe seems sturdy and time will tell if this thing holds up or doesn't. I feel neutral about recommend this bedframe at this time. ... show more
