We wanted to get some air space under our mattress in our truck camper so condensation wouldn't build up during very cold weather. Didn't want to spend a ton of money on other systems for truck campers. This 4" bed frame seems to be well made and assembling it was very easy. The only issue we had was our tight space to assemble it. We haven't used it yet but the queen mattress is on and the bed is made and ready for our next trip.
