I purchased this knowing full well it was a mini set with almost 800 pieces, so I was prepared. I love Legos and couldn’t pass up anything Halloween related. That being said, it look me roughly 8 hours to complete with a few breaks. It’s very very time consuming. I lost a few pieces along the way, my skeleton is missing an arm, but that’s my fault. This is a very cute set, but you need to have patience and tiny fingers to put together the very intricate, weak pieces! I am near the end, and about ready to smash it against the wall because every piece I add now makes other pieces come apart!

First thing to know is this set is intended for adults or advanced block builders. This is a mini set so please expect the blocks to be of mini size. I provided lots of pictures to give everyone an idea of what all things look like specifically. From box, blocks, instructions, and finished model. I also picked a soda can (Red Bull) to give an accurate size of completed model. As for the build, it took me about 8 hours to complete the model. The pieces are not bagged with numbers as Legos would be. I suggest dumping them in a large bin that gives you good visibility to look for what you want and need. The set includes a tool to remove pieces which is always awesome to have and receive. The instructions were fairly clear. Yes, all instructions are a little different but were fairly easy to figure out. I would suggest possibly gluing some parts of the model. Connecting the roof/2nd floor section can be difficult because you have to provide force to lock them into the bracket but not a deal breaker. The model did include extra clear block disks to help strengthen spots. Overall, especially for the price... I feel it was worth it. It was not the cheapest one of this model but did have the best reviews. I had extra pieces to replace things possibly lost (extra vines and other parts) and no pieces are missing. Enjoyed. Cute. Lots of cute little details. I am going to look for a good LED kit to try and light it up more. Nice model to add to my display case. ... show more

I bought this set because it was cute and it was cheap, I wanted to use it as a Halloween decoration because I didn't want to go digging in my shed for all my Halloween stuff. I had seen other cute Lego sets for more money but I thought "Hey, all building bricks are the same right?" (Please don't come for me, I now know the error of my ways and have since repented) I was wrong, so very, very wrong. All building bricks are not the same, I like to build small lego sets, princess and cutesie stuff...they all have been really fun, fairly easy to follow directions and the builds were super cute and fit together well. This build was beyond frustrating, it took several hours to finish the house alone, I'm not even done with the small additional decor. There are several issues with these bricks that I will list as pros and cons. I don't recommend this to anyone who loves legos or building bricks. I would recommend this as a gift for someone you loath, despise and possibly wish unalived because that's what they will also wish trying to build this. Here are the Pros and Cons: *Pros* Cute Small (mini bricks) Cheap *Cons* Bricks do not fit flush Bricks constantly pop off Mini bricks (I have baby hands and I had trouble putting these together without braking already built pieces Bags are not numbered or labeled (I spent more time looking for the pieces I needed than actually building the piece) The instructions were not clear, and unless you speak Chinese the QR code instructions are useless. Please just buy actual Legos and save your sanity. Why am I still trying to finish this build? I have ADHD and I have to finish it, despite wanting to tear my hair out and yeet the build across the room. Hope this helps you steer clear of this! ... show more

My first mini brick, far more fiddly than anticipated. Put one piece on and an entire section breaks off on the opposite side. That said, addictive! So much fun, so many little adorable details! The first one I ordered, I was very disappointed. It was missing pieces. I think like two or three bags were missing. I sent it back. Amazon was awesome. Sent me another one. Second one had all the pieces. Very good kit, very detailed. Beware they are mini pieces.
