I've used Pyrex for decades now and never want to be without the workhorse glass bowls. We did have to buy the lids seperate but that's ok. These are a kitchen must with uses for prep, storage, baking and freezing. Clean up is always easy and they stack well. These bowls are completely nesting so don’t take up much room. The sizes cover just about any recipe you would need a bowl for. They have a large rim on top making them easy to handle. Very fair price for such a well used kitchen basic!

Solid and sturdy product but the larger bowl wasn't as deep as I expected. If you are using a mixer, just be careful not to fill the bowl too much or you will splatter the contents. :)

I lost a cover to the quart and a half bowl so I bought a replacement and then one thing led to another and i bought a whole other set. The price was good and I love the glass bowls with covers. I always can find a use for them. Different sizes are great. These are substantial, solid bowls and you can keep in the fridge. But I have always hand washed them, never put in the dishwasher, as I am sure the water blasting a them would make the glass cloudy. In fact, the warning on the box says never NEVER put any Pyrex bowls in the dishwasher. I can live with that so I'm happy with them. ... show more
