This backup camera works great. it was easy to install. the cigarette charger made it easy to power the camera. you can test every thing out once you have the backup light wired to the transmitter and camera plugged in before tucking wires away. The print in the manual could be bigger.

I have not installed this yet. Still in the box. Thinking of returning it and getting a different unit with a larger screen. I just did not realize how small a 4 1/2 screen would be. I see that Amazon has unit with larger and easier to view screens. The mounting location I want to use will just be hard to view. ... show more

No instructions. I think I have figured it out except is the transmitter waterproof? If no I did not receive enough wire. I will be installing it tomorrow.Hope you can give me an answer. I tried contacting seller but it did not work

Having installed it, results were satisfactory although supplying power to it from accessory socket is unwieldy; perhaps rechargeable battery would be more convenient. Another shortcoming is the screen does not go blank while camera is not active, this requires a professional installer to locate the backup power source in the engine compartment to furnish power only when backing up. ... show more

Installed camera as shown. In the end..... picture was upside down. So I need to flip camera Screen is too small but that is my own fault for buying it
