Description

These black Pyle indoor/outdoor waterproof speakers are excellent for use on boats, decks, patios, or by the pool - anywhere outdoors. They're completely waterproof, thanks to the heavy duty ASB construction. And they're powerful - 300 watts max. A 3.5” aluminum injection cone woofer provides the , while a 1” high compliance Mylar tweeter pushes sweet highs. A capacitor crossover network separates these two channels discretely for a brilliant sound. The bass reflex vent boosts the bass response for a deeper, more powerful sound, ultimately delivering a frequency response of 60 Hz to 20 kHz. Mount using the unique spring loaded mounting system. The mesh grills are rustproof and removable. Sold as a pair.

Put these in my old truck. I selected them for the look and mounting bracket and mainly for the price. Very happy with the sound and look. My only conplaint if I had one would be the brackets could be beefier. They do have some flex in them but was able to work around it.

I use those speakers as rear speakers in a surround system in a narrow TV/dinning room and for the price, they are good enough. The speaker cables that come with the speakers are not long enough to be used for a rear speaker application so expect to buy a 50 feet roll of speaker cables for that. You can hang the speakers on the wall if the walls are close enough and would not need additional speaker stands depending on your listening room. ... show more

"Made in China" is no longer an excuse for coming up short on product performance. The sound of these speakers was adequate (Klipsch won't be intemidated), however, the hardware and mechanical aspects are devoid of product engineering and manufacturing follow though. Installing these is nothing short of an exercise in frustration. Once one mounts the speakers into the flimsy brackets, one finds that the female screw inserts in the speakers- that receive the male mounting screw- strip out, spin and make pointing the speakers at a desired direction, an exercise in futility. HORRIBLE - DO NOT BUY. I should have listened to the other reviews but figured they were cheap and worth a try. I was wrong. They are not worth any price and instead just end up wasting time and being a disappointment. The mounting brackets and construction quality are a huge issue. The side bolts do not hold the speaker tight as the nut inside the speaker rotates freely (check other reviews and you will see the same issue) which means it it not possible to adequately tighten it to hold and if you end up getting it sort of right with the included sticky foam tape then you cannot unmount them because the nut simply twists as you try to unbolt them. In addition, the mounting brackets on mine completely rusted through and they actually broke in less than 4 months. I am not kidding. These are for outside and are not in the open rain. They do get moisture and humidity from being outside but these are supposed to be outdoor speakers! This is awful. The sound works but is not good quality. I was not expecting much and that is sort of what you get. They produce sound, not high quality sound but it is sound - the problem is that since you cannot mount them anywhere they are not really worth anything. It is absolutely not worth trying to send them back as the shipping cost is not worth it. Not to mention that I have no interest in another set.
