First off this is not a $1000 chair so don’t expect it to be one. It is very well-made for the price paid. Definitely a good value for the money. The color is beautiful the workmanship is good. It was very easy to put together bravo to the manufacture. I am 60 years old female and put it together by myself. The hardest part was getting it out of the box because it was very heavy for me. It reclines nicely. The seat is hard I would not recommend it for a daily sitting chair, but that’s not why I bought it I bought it as a side chair to go in my bedroom and it works beautifully. Be mindful of the dimensions, it fit perfect in my space, I would say it is not a large chair, which is exactly what I needed. All in all I am satisfied with what I received. These chairs look nice, but are not comfortable to sit in. They are more comfy reclining, than in sitting position. They are very firm. They are very nice looking, and easy to put together.

Chair is firm and comfortable and just what we expected. All measurements given in the description were exact. The color is closer to NAVY than the pictures indicated which was perfect for us. Assembly was fairly straight forward, once we figured out the instructions. There was an initial mix-up with the original packaging (we received three front legs and only 1 back leg). However, Costumer Service was awesome! We received responses to all of our e-mails in less than 12 hours and many cases it was less than 8. So it was pretty easy to put together.It came in like four pieces and the legs. Hard to get out of the box wo help but I was impatient so I did it myself. It's really really firm. The bottom is hollow so I need to be extra careful of kitties before I recline or sit up. I think I'm going to staple some heavy duty felt underneath so that they can't get under there. After assembly and some use it's a little wobbly.It's not as stable as I would want for a reclining chair like the kind you would get at a real furniture store but for the price it's pretty decent. The fabric is like a stiff corduroy which I don't love so I threw some fluffy blankets on it.
