I love this rug! I bought the biggest size and wasn't sure if it would be worth the money based on reviews. However, I love this product. It is SO soft and still does a great job of trapping debris from outside and shoes. I haven't washed it yet, but it says machine washable which is nice too. I typically vacuum it and then shake the rest outside and it is good as new. Liked the density of the medium- to-low pile, which feels very plush but does not interfere with door opening/closure on any doors. I got a medium-to-dark grey that had a small amount of a very light grey or white mixed in. Sounded too good to be true. It holds up well (doesn't crush down), moderate-to-light soil does not accumulate on surface and seems to disappear! Can easily shake out. My adult sons liked it so much I bought the same rug 2 more times at their request--for my back door and for front bathroom! My kitchen back door goes straight out to the driveway, always has something coming down from the trees, leaves and dirt. Therefore, that's how our feet are bringing debris in 3.6 seasons a year. I needed a dirt trapper and always purchased the other kind of rug that is well marketed and a bit darker. My theory was a darker color wouldn't show the dirt but what I got was a rug that always looked dirty. Therefore, I had my concerns a lighter color would show more dirt. That didn't happen with this brand. You know something is a good product when my regular guests walk into the kitchen and remark about this bright new rug right away. I guess my old brand looked dark and dingy always. That's a big yuck. I purchased this a month ago. It vacuums very well and with all the rain and now leaves and seeds band s has held up far better than I ever dreamed. And, it still hasn't shown the dirt. Bought this for the door our doodle uses to go outside. It catches a lot of the dirt and grass that collects on her paws. Like the fact it has the backing to make it non slip. The color is just like the pics, it is very soft and has some cushion to it. Will be purchasing more for other doorways.

I have several small rugs around my place because wood floors are a killer on a dogs legs. No traction, no grip on hard floors. One of my dogs had to have very expensive knee surgery and rehab so I’m talking to YOU, the person who brings their dogs to the mall to walk on marble floors! This little rug is like catnip for dogs!
