We love our sunroom. Its roomy enough for 4-8 people to enjoy. We used stepping stones for the foundation and may build or pour one later. I may use it as a greenroom this winter for my plants. The price was perfect. We paid 2 carpenters to assemble. It took them 8 hours. We pre-organized the screws and wish we had done the same for the parts. There were 9 boxes and they left off some parts. With that being said the assembly still seems to be sturdy and withstood 60 mph winds in the recent storms. The media could not be loaded. You will end up liking this after a slow start with the instructions. Just stay with it and do not get frustrated as it will become easier to follow. When finished, it will be a great addition to your outdoor area. There are a lot of windows so it gives you a lot of configurations for air flow. Having a lot of windows, you do have to be sensible about how many you wish to remove as you will have to put them all back in if it storms and you would like to protect any inside furnishings that you might have. A couple suggestions if you had 4 moderately strong people, you might consider constructing the roof on the ground and then lifting up on the frame. Also the drip line is pretty fierce , I would suggest that they give you a small channel to put under the front and back of the roofline to direct the rainwater so you can walk into the gazebo during rain without getting drenched. I will be creating a drip gutter to wick the water away from the entryways. Lastly, instructions should come in an attached weatherproof package attached to the outside of one of the boxes. I am not convinced yet of the strength of the windows as it pertains to the harsh winters that we face in the North so I asked to purchase a few extra windows to which the company said they would consider. I purchased this 12x14 sunroom not realizing how big it actually was. This thing is roomy and we’ll made. The posts are steel with a wood finished paint. It came in 11 boxes, which, even being a handy man, was pretty daunting at first. Instructions are the usual picture steps. It wasn’t difficult to put together, just took awhile because it’s a lot of pieces. Did most of it by myself, but you def need atleast 3 people on ladders for the roof frame. The windows are screens with these plastic film pop ins that work great when it gets cool out to help keep it warm in there. And in the summer you take them all out and it gets a nice breeze through. Double sliding doors on two sides are a great touch. My only issue was the lights on the post didn’t work after hooking up all the wires. And the wires run inside posts so once it’s together you can’t go back and check plugs unless you take it apart. Customer service was excellent though. They reached out to me constantly and tried to find out the issue, sent me replacement items and arranged a phone call with their tech. Wasn’t able to get them working but because of how hard they tried I kept the 5 star review because I absolutely love the product. ... show more

This was a great buy, It is so convenient. It is so beautiful everything about this product. There is not enough words to describe and I will do it all over again just to have this product. I recommend this anyone that is looking for a backyard gazebo sunroom, beautiful very easy to assemble.

The shipping, customer service and product are very good. We had one wrong bracket and were short on nuts and had to wait a week each time to have them shipped from China. The Ad says there are lights but lights are no longer integral to the sunroom and that are provided separately if you request them. The largest problem is the instructions. First they say don't tighten anything until step 1 is complete. If you follow this advice you will realize that some major bolts were hidden by other parts and they didn't get tightened. I have advised the company of this issue and they are sending it to their tech people to include better instructions. My concern is that there are probably sunrooms that have been built that by others that will be ruined by wind and snow load. ... show more

product just missed being 5 stars. considering these 12 x 16 covered pavilions are around 1200-1500$, adding 3500 for 4 walls is pretty steep. but they are the only game in town that I could find. Packaging is a 4.9. very minor window and wall denting but overall very good. Assembly well. read several pages ahead and almost never tighten anything. be prepared to go back and forth alot. we had one wall panel mislabeled which made for a bit of confusion for 10 minutes. overall excellent product. can't say its a value though. but then nothing is anymore ... show more

We purchased at 12’x20’ sunroom. The product arrived in pretty good shape, just a few cosmetic dings from shipping. We built a deck to serve as the base first. It took 5 adults 4 days to build the deck and assemble the sunroom. The 4 days were no less than 8 hours, mostly 11-12. I will say 4 of the adults have experience with construction. Our last panel was the wrong one but Purple Leaf sent out a replacement the next day. Purple Leaf checked several time to make sure all the boxes arrived in good condition. They were always responsive to questions. I would not hesitate to buy another product from them! Oh, and I LOVE my sunroom!! ... show more
