Despite what people say the chair is extremely sturdy; breaking of the chair is probably due to irresponsible use. The reclining is absolutely amazing, I could literally sleep in the thing with the foot rest out. And it looks absolutely beautiful, definitely fits my aesthetic (and my bearded dragon loves climbing up it) it's about 5' tall if I was guessing (very rough guess) it's definetly fit for someone of my height though 5'5. It's also very quiet! Except for the reclining lever which is kind of like a quick thud, I understand why but its a little worrisome. But overall I do recommend especially if it's on sale but it's definitely worth honestly more than it's posted for, I forgot to mention it has a lumbar massage thing you can plug it 5 stars! ... show more

I work from home, and this chair is awesome. It’s very heavy duty, and has a good sized seat so it’s very comfortable. And the foot rest is nice. Kind of awkward going in and out but you get used to it.

Really a good chair. Was really easy to assemble and gave everything you need to do so. Easy instructions. Took less than 20 minutes. I like to sit with a leg tucked under the other one and there’s plenty of room to do so and comfortably. I don’t use the pillow but if that’s something important for you it’s still nice and has a stronger vibration than I expected. I just wish you could adjust the recline on it, I try to sit up straight so it’s just too relaxed for me and then if you do try to lean on the back it reclines even further. It also can be a little creaky and it doesn’t roll very easily but that doesn’t bother me too much. I’ve had it for several months now use it everyday and haven’t had any quality issues, it holds up nicely. ... show more

I purchased the Black and Cyan chair and it is fantastic so far. Assembly is easy and a quick search on youtube showed a video immediately on assembly if I got stumped for a second. Only had a quick problem with two screws, other wise assembly was easy. (Assembled 10/23/24) On the footrest, one of the silver bolts got loose during transportation and had fallen out in the bag. The low back massage is surprisingly strong. You can recline the chair almost to flat and the leg rest is positioned perfectly to be comfortable. You can even have the leg rest out while sitting up to pull a foot or both up and sit cross legged. The only hangup with that is the armrests block you from bringing your legs up more laterally but, I dont see a long term issue with it. The neck cushion feels good when sitting back. I was using a normal office chair for gaming…worst mistake of my life this is the best chair I have ever sat in!! I would recommend this chair for any gamer girl! However, the pink is not the light pink I was anticipating but, it is still very cute! :)
