    • Great tasting water and easy to install
This is the second one I've ordered so now I have one in a bathroom and one in the kitchen sink. The instructions are clear, they're easy to install with the push-to-connect fittings, and the water tastes great. I had an issue with the second one where the input fitting made a soft click and wound up springing a leak overnight. The soft click was due to a poorly installed o-ring. It is easy to pry the push-to-connect collar out and fix the o-ring's position, so if something doesn't feel 100% make sure you double-check, even if it is not leaking right away or throughout the day. I'm docking the rating one star because of that, but I'll acknowledge I could have caught it earlier had I been more careful. ... show more

Installed a few of these on kitchen and bathroom faucets. They’ve made a huge difference in the quality of the water that we use. Definitely a must have if you live in an area where the water quality isn’t the best.

    • Quality issue fixed with replacement
Update after replacement installed, The new filter I received works as expected with not a drop leaking and the filter is screwed in the full 1/4 turn like it’s suppose to be. Very happy now and the filter gives good clean drinking water! The first one would only stop if you turned the filter about an 1/8th of the way which didn’t inspire any confidence in it not leaking when I am not home to shut the water off. I got this system because of overall good reviews and I liked the simplicity of its installation. I installed it yesterday and it all looked good until I turned the water on. It leaked badly from inside the housing that the filter screws into. I pulled it out to inspect and couldn’t see anything missing or obstructing water input to the filter and o-rings looked fine. After 3 attempts of reinserting the filter I discovered that if I turned the filter 1/4” towards loosening it then it quit leaking. I don’t like the idea of trusting this to not start leaking while I’m not home to monitor it. Customer service from company is non responsive to my emails but Amazon quickly responded and are sending a replacement. ... show more
