Every once in awhile you come across a product that you feel the need to share because you love it so much. I stumbled across this on one of my fibromyalgia pages. This stuff really helps me with:muscle cramps and sleep. I'm on prescription strength potassium and even still I get muscle cramps that keep me up -- since I've started on this, thankfully almost none (and the nights I got them, we're nights I forgot to use this. I'd wake up with a cramp and then grab the bottle, stopped it dead!) I keep it on the night stand and mist a few sprays on the bottom of each foot before I go to bed. It is NOT oily at all. Feels like your misting a very fine spray of water on your feet, absorbs almost instantly. Your first thought is -- yeah, right, "what's this going to do"? Then bam, lights out, you're asleep! I had tried magnesium supplements before and gave up as "having no impact on me", this does! I've had better and deeper sleep with this stuff than I have had in quite a long time. It's $20 a bottle. Who knows maybe it will help you. It's now 6 months or so later. Still loving this product and just ordered my second bottle. Update: it’s now two years later and I should be getting commission on this stuff as I tell so many people about it. I’m down to using it 2-3x per week but still love it. I had read online to put it on your feet at night so I did the first night. I slept like I haven't slept in 15 years. I did this every night. The fourth morning I felt very strange and it took me an hour to figure out that the strange feeling was that I felt GOOD.     • Works Wonders for Nerve and Muscle Pain!!!
I will start off by saying that I have taken Magnesium supplements (both pill and dissolvable powder form) for years by my neurologists' order and most recently, I had an EMG test done on my hand that left it feeling very achy and unusable, to say the least. After a day of not being able to use my hand, I sprayed this Dead Sea Magnesium Oil on it and within minutes, ALL OF MY PAIN had dissipated and I was able to use my hand again!! This is no joke. I will be taking this stuff up to my neuro office to tell them about it to offer patients after EMG tests bc an EMG can be quite daunting on your nerves and muscles. It should be noted that this spray needs to be used daily for pain relief. Also, I had pulled a muscle in my back at the beginning of the summer (approx. 7-8 mo ago) and nothing helps, no muscle relaxers- nothing. I have been incapable of doing yoga for months and now and after using this magnesium oil on my sore spot for a few days, my back is feeling 90% better!! I cannot believe how amazing this stuff is. Seriously people, THIS STUFF WORKS AND IT WORKS FAST AND WELL!!     • This is incredible! My mom's pain went from an 8 to a 2!!!!
My mom has Fibromyalgia, Osteo arthritis and needs a knee replacement. She had to use a cane because it was so painful and she's only 63. The pain was so bad that if she rolled over at night, it would jar her awake. It broke my heart to see her in so much pain all of the time. Pain meds just didn't work. I like to look for alternative methods to help things and I stumbled upon this. I was very nervous because I didn't know if it would work or if it would have any crazy side effects. I read these reviews and I decided to try it. Not much else has worked at this point so what do we have to lose? I know I spoiled the twist in the story, but we were watching a murder lifetime movie and she started bending her knee and then she looked at me. She couldn't do that before without excruciating pain. I cannot believe that it works and lasts most of the day! It ACTUALLY works. I am so happy! We can dance together, she can go for long walks without pain. This is a phenomenal product and I am BEYOND grateful. If you are skeptic like me, I understand your reservations but PLEASE try this! I have problems with weekly migraines, with them sometimes lasting for days. The OTC medication I used took them away, but often gave me a rebound migraine, and it hurt my stomach (not to mention it's probably horrible for my liver). I came across this Dead Sea magnesium oil as I was looking for something to help relieve my leg pain. As always, I read reviews before purchasing anything. The spray had tons and tons of positive reviews. Though I was still a bit skeptical I went ahead and purchased it and I’m so very glad that I did. I sprayed it on my legs as I was getting ready for bed and that’s all It took to be able to have a pain free night. I was in shock because I had been in tremendous pain. I’m not sure what autoimmune disease I may have as they are still trying to narrow it down. But it causes me to have really bad leg pains especially at night. However, this pain has brought me much relief and am now able to get a pain free, good nights sleep. Just make sure to not spray on freshly shaved legs as it will burn.
