This bag is way better than the Everlast training bag I had that I broke within 5 months! I don't see this one breaking any time soon. Very sturdy after the base is full. The springs don't make the bag move too much, which is what I was looking for. Assembly is very simple. Only took 5-10 minutes. The only thing I don't like is that the bag itself is REALLY stiff. After I set it up, I went for a roundhouse kick to check it's stability and it felt like kicking a brick wall. Trying to do different things to see if I can soften it a little. The bag is sewn, so I can't unstuff it like most people suggest. Edit: Took the bag off the mount and rolled it around the floor while laying across it for about 20 minutes. Stepped on it a bit, stomped on it a bit. After all of that, it became a lot more comfortable to use. I'm using it regularly now and it's a great bag! ... show more

Just as described; two seperate boxes arrived two days apart. Super easy to put together with clear directions. Looks awesome set up, lots of fun and can take quite a beating. Definitely add sand, not water. Water weight makes the bag rock too much, the sand is worth the extra effort.

Was relatively easy putting this together. Feels sturdy with 150 lbs of sand in the base. If I tried, I could probably "punch it over", but for the exercise and workouts, it works just fine. Think it's advertised it can hold 200 or 250 worth of sand, but I was only able to get 150 in before it filled up. Overall good purchase and hopefully the bag remains durable over time. ... show more

Good quality for a beginner which is what I am. Just using it for exercise, following cardio kickboxing YouTube videos, and getting some steam out. Pretty easy to assemble. Follow the recommendations about sand. I have it in the garage on a clear mat so the suction cups stick. I’m a woman, 5’3, 155lbs, not super muscular lol so my punch and kicks are not super aggressive I assume. If someone had a pretty good punch or kick, this probably wouldn’t work for you because it’s going to fall over. Great for me though. ... show more

First we filled it with water, my son - 15 yrs. Aged punched it and knocked it down. Then, I purchased 250 pounds of sand, hauled it and spent days pouring it in the tank. My son punch it a few times and knocked it over again. I gave up. I now have a 250 pound sand filled object in my backyard with no way to rid myself of it.
