The bad.. Mine had a broken screw on the name plate. Resevoir had a scratch. The resevoir cover had a scratch through the threads. Brackets were a bit bent out of the box.. almost felt like it was a b stock item. The good. None of it made a difference in it working, so I kept it and I am pretty happy with it so far. Nothing has leaked, and its been 2 days of use. At 2500 rpm or below the pump inaudible. At higher there is a slight whir, but I still don't think it would bother me, and if the pc weren't next to me in a quiet room, I may not even hear that. ... show more
