Good addition to my pull up station. It is adjustable and very easy to use. Comes in a nice bag and easy to assemble. Helps you maintain proper form when doing pulls up or triceps dips. These are well made and great value and I would give them 5 * but for an important point my kid made. I got them to help him do pull ups . He had been using a large gym elastic band for support prior. When he used these his comment was - you are only supported until you have pulled up to where the elastic band portion loses weighted tension (so he doesn't have support through the last 15-20% of the pull up]. Using a large gym elastic band the range of support is greater [the downsides of a band are it is primarily support for one leg (as opposed to being body balanced like this set is) and isn't tension adjustable and is harder to get on and off). Pleased I bought them. Another plus - you can use the arm slings independent of the support straps for leg lifts etc. ... show more

I decided to try to get strong enough to do pull ups again. I bought and installed a pull up bar but have not been able to do a single one. Glad I found the HOXWC assistance bands. The nylon webbing can be adjusted by sliding the carabiner though the webbing slots. (it wasn't clear in the instructions) Shortening the strap also increases the tension for the bands to assist boost. I use a small step stool to carefully place my feet into the support straps before attempting the pull up. Am able to do about 10 partial pull ups. Just gotta keep working on it. ... show more
