I bought this pump to inflate an indoor bounce house. It was pretty fast and effective, although I would recommend that you let it run for a minute and let it rest because it does heat up very quickly. Do this a few times and you shouldn't worry it about it overheating. I would get another one!

I bought this pump so I could easily pump up my kids floaties and bounce toys. The pump works great and fill everything up very fast with a variety of fittings. The only drawback is that the pump itself gets super hot very fast. I worked in the food industry for many years and my hands have become very used to heat. However, if you hold the bulk of the unit, it gets super hot even for me. You have to make sure you hold onto the plastic pump part where the air comes out in order to not burn yourself. Used to blow up pool floats. Easy to use but air comes out slow. Must have patience. A normal size ring float took about 10 mins to inflate.

Price was ok but it did get extremely hot just from blowing up a baby pool. It probably won’t last long but it did inflate it.

    • Super hot. In a bad way
I ended up not using this last summer so now I’m out of the return window but when I opened it now it was brand new. Was just using it to blow up a baby pool so not even long, can’t imagine using it for a bed. It was warm out but not too hot. Midway through blowing up this thing heated up so much I was actually scared it would catch fire outside. I immediately turned it off and let it cool down.
