I would recommend to anyone that has a family member or a loved one that struggles and has a difficult time getting in and out of chairs to invest in a chair similar to this it’s got dual motors which means she’s able to work the foot rest and the backrest at the same time or independently it’s extremely comfortable. It’s got nine different massage points from ankles to the back of the neck and it’s a lift chair it lifts you up so that you don’t have to try to strain to get up if you’re a senior I bought it for my mother for Christmas. She fell in love with it. She sleeps in it constantly because it’s so comfortable, it lays completely flat, (like a bed), which was a request that I had and it’s big enough for her to sleep in because she’s a tiny little thing but it’s an extremely well built chair! putting it together was A huge relief it required no tools, And was put together in probably a little less than 10 minutes. I ordered the chair May 15th, I received a confirmation email to verify the order & the size. The email stated that it would ship in 2-3days & would arrive 8-12 days later. I ordered the chair for my recovery for open heart triple bypass surgery I am having on May 28th & advised their customer service that I needed the chair before my surgery. They expedited the order & it was delivered 4 days after I ordered it on May 19th. The chair was very easy to assemble. It is perfect, no damage in shipping & everything works as it should. This chair arrived earlier than expected. I was able to assemble it myself with very easy to understand instructions. Communication with the seller has been excellent. The chair also was much cheaper than the brick 'n mortar stores! I found the massage function to be so-so and haven't tried the heat yet (it is August). Buying this chair off the net was a little scary for me. Being such a large item I was very concerned with having to return it if I didn’t like it. No problem! Before I go on I have to say, shipping was fantastic. I received the chair 5 days before it was due. My other concerns were quickly laid aside. The first one being the ease of assembly. After reading the directions very carefully, it was easy to assemble, even with my limited physical condition. The assembly method is very strong and foolproof. Hooking up all the electrical components was also a piece of cake. Did I mention that I actually read the directions which were very simple to follow. Next on the list was the testing. All the parts moved that were supposed to, exactly as advertised. The massage was outstanding with a little added heat it was beyond comprehension! I only slept for four hours and was extremely rested. This chair is very well made. It looks great and fits into our living room perfectly. Having past all the tests with flying colors I have to say this is probably the best recliner I have ever owned and I would recommend it to anyone. I am absolutely sure it is going to give me long and efficient service. Although ordered on 16 July for estimated delivery on 19 July, actual delivery was an unannounced drop on 23 July of three damaged boxes in our driveway at dusk. Fortunately, the chair parts were not adversely affected. However, the electrical components did not match the instructions and could not be assembled. Contact with the seller through Amazon was prompt and they promised immediate shipping of the correct adapter and controller remote. They were shipped on 24 July from Shenchen, China by DHL then USPS so they just arrived today 31 July 2024. The chair is now working smoothly and sits comfortably. One further note, although the color is sold as beige, it is more like a cream color compared with my other beige leather furniture. Overall, it is a good buy if you have time to wait.
