I purchased this unit and used it for a little bit before it was finally picked up and returned. The LED display immediately stopped working or actually never worked when I received it. I called up to see if they could possibly just send a new display so I could swap it out and they ended up returning the whole entire table. I picked up a cheaper one and the same thing happened but luckily it is more the size that I needed for the kids. I wish the other oneWould’ve just sent a replacement or just fixed it because I like it better it is a pretty decent unit although the skin on the surface is pretty thin. ... show more

Easy assembly and very sturdy. Paddles were a disappointment. Felt pad cam off one of them while a child was using it and table suffered minor scratches. Other than that, very satisfied.

We purchased this for our grandkids’ “combined birthday” present. They were so thrilled to receive this - perfect for adding some excitement and family competitions during their days at home. Unfortunately, upon arrival they noticed that the game top piece had a flaw, so my daughter pursued contacting customer service to see what their options were. The customer service was amazing! They sent a completely new game directly to them, for a very prompt and convenient resolution! It certainly was hassle-free for me. It advertised that it came with a cover and a bag for the accessories but it didn't have those items with the one I received. Hardly used this machine, turned it on today for the first time in months, it keeps adding scores , verbal score, score , score when not even playing, sounds like a bad board, do you have a reset I have still given Puck/ Vince a 5 Star customer service was impeccable and resolved my issue

The air doesn't blow very hard. Also, the directions for assembly were a single picture with arrows. Make sure you put the legs on the outside. I put them on the inside, because the directions were non-existent. As a result, I had a terrible time getting the screws in, and couldn't attach the wooden boards. I wanted to fix my error, but I couldn't deal with removing the screws. As is, I had to use oil to lubricate them enough to fit in the holes. They have professional assembly offered for a fee that made the table not worth it. Good luck. ... show more
