Like any large purchase that you are unable to touch and feel, you have to trust that what you see is what you get. Trust is the key word. I had to trust that the air hockey table I purchased was going to look as good in person as it did in the photo and my I set my expectations very high. When I received the table, I was a little disappointed when assembling, I had to take a step back and realize that these units are packed with wood and cardboard and are bounced around a lot. Although the instructions were clear, I probably should have read through them a second time. I had run into some trouble while assembling the table. I reached out to Puck with some questions and support and that is when you realize you made the right purchase choice. Puck says they will stand behind their product and they do. They promise a 5 star experience and will do what it takes to make that happen and satisfy their customers. From time to time there are issues with many products that you purchase, especially ones that are large and require assembly. What truly defines a company is how they deal with the issue and stand behind the product. Puck supported me and stood behind their product. They listened to me and resolved my issues to give me the 5 star experience that they promised. I would recommend them to anyone. ... show more

Has scuff marks on black rails puck wont stay on table lenses on score and time have fog on them table has one big scuff mark puck keeps getting stuck inside when you make a score this thing is way over price for what your getting bottom line don't buy this

    • Nice table, quality build, but with a few defects.
Nice table. Sturdy, quality construction. Good looking. Nice graphics on the playing surface. Easy assembly, but some confusion as to how the legs bolt on. Our top had some minor cosmetic defects in it, that don’t seem to wipe off. Plus one set of our legs arrived “stuck together” with some type of glue and damaged the finish on both legs. Puck seems too light and constantly flys off the table. I plan on speaking to Puck about this to see if I can get some alternate pucks. ... show more

We got it on time, it was easy to assemble. One leg had a bolt that wouldn't screw into the nut so they shipped a replacement leg and some extra pucks as a courtesy.
