Edit: I'm changing my review because of the fantastic customer service. After my previous review, Proteinex, contacted me and offered a full refund. They stand by their product but also stand by their commitment to their customers which I very much appreciate. I may have not liked the taste of the flavor I bought, but customer service like this needs to be recognized! Original: So I'm sure it has the proteins I need but the taste leaves a lot to be desired. I have to mix it with other wayer enhancers to basically eliminate the taste of this stuff. It smells too! Just be forewarned the pineapple flavor doesn't hide the taste only seems to make it worse. Try adding a powder water enhancer that seems to help. Or if mixing in with a shake make sure your other flavors/fruits are enough to cover the taste. I will keep using it until it's gone but I think I will switch back to a powder protein after. ... show more

I never leave negative reviews, but I just dont see how this product is even selling. I have a dull palate from years of not eating gluten (celiac), avoiding sweets, and avoiding dairy. So, it takes a lot for me to find something so gross! I dried diluting this in water and I still had to pinch my nose to avoid gagging. This is my 3-4th liquid protein product and I will pay the extra money to use other brands! Wish I could return, but since I cannot, here's my review. ... show more
