I got this multimeter to keep with me on the go. I am impressed with voltage and current accuracy compared to my more expensive meters. I like the readable screen as well, a traditional LCD. Accuracy is generally quite good for this class of meter. Comparing with pricey DE-5000 LCR, and decent 22,000-count UT16E meters. Volts within 0.15%. Current excellent, within 0.15%. Resistance within 1% except below a few ohms. Capacitance within 7%. Inductance within 2.8%. Continuity tester is excellent. Very quick response even to the most brief contacts, and beep continues longer so it can be heard. Diode test goes to 3.2V so you can test LEDs too. NCV worked fine, detecting live AC cords. Meter is fairly durable, with rubberized outer shell. Screen is readable, even in bright light. Backlight is decent. Flashlight is fairly dim but helps when close in the dark. Leads are short, which is nice on a compact meter. Worked on rechargeable NiMH batteries except backlight and flashlight are dim, otherwise functions fine. Works on rechargeable NiMH batteries, though backlight and flashlight are very dim. Highlights: + Quick auto-ranging and readings + Excellent voltage and current accuracy compared to more expensive LCR and multimeters + Diode test goes to 3.2V so can be used on LEDs. Small issues: - Alligator ends are hard to put on - Fuses are normal glass, not ceramic as shown - No manual range, just auto-ranging - Tiny manual print ... show more

I have only recently received this product but initially it seems to work very well for me. I am using it around the house to check battery levels, to make occasional continuity checks, and NCV detections. I do like the thermocouple cable which supports the multimeter to measure temperature. The only feature I do not like particularly is that a screwdriver is needed to change the battery, but at least the requisite screwdriver was in the box! ... show more
