So this thing is fast. FAST. It has 3 power presets. I've stayed using 1 and 2 because hot dog this thing is flipping fast. Driving off the lawn for the first time, I burned out for 3 yards and my landlord is upset. I stripped an old German moped and was able to connect it all and get rolling down the road in 4 hours.     • You’re going to have to buy a different tire
Everything seems to work as it should. The controller is a little finicky to communicate with at first. I struggled to get it to talk to my computer or my iPhone. I finally pulled out an old android phone and it worked flawlessly then. The tire that the kit comes with is just absolutely useless. It’s so deformed that it might possibly throw you off the bike. The motor itself works great. Personally, I’d try to do some research and piece the kit together by myself next time but this kit will get you up and going. ... show more

    • Works for a while
Made this setup for my 71 Suzuki and it fit and was great at first, the torque ripped the brackets they sent to shreds and now the wires must have came off inside the hub. No way to fix it and I can't get any response from seller about just getting it rebuilt at factory, I'd pay shipping. Nothing. Waste of money and the money for the battery too ... show more

The media could not be loaded. have been buying motorcycle parts online globally for sometime now, and I have to say Anne’s communication,care,and attention to detail with my project was absolutely incredible I am building my first e-motorcycle conversion from an old ‘48 Harley Davidson s125, not an easy feat when it came to all the measurements for the front forks. Anne and the engineers at NB solved them all and sent pictures via What’s app including the boxing of my order and the placement of specialty parts in the boxes. I cannot yet attest to the product itself but if it’s anything like the customer service I’m sure my project will be a success! Cannot wait to get it! UPDATE So it’s been a 9 month build for me and I’ve had my bike out for about 2 weeks of commuting to work and back. I installed a 72v 30ah lifpo4 battery. Wiring was pretty straight forward as far as the kit though I was a little confused about a couple extra plugs to the controller but NB Power team helped out really quickly and was on my way in no time. So far as I can tell my top speed , and granted I’m a big guy and the bike weighs in at about 125lbs, is about 45- 48 miles an hour with mileage of about 30mi per charge. If your thinking about a small motorcycle/ebike this hub kit is pretty easy and you’ll probably have a grin on your face when you your on it . Good luck( where your helmet!) ... show more
