I bought this dental splint to help with clenching my jaw and sometimes grinding my teeth while I sleep. It was easy to mold to my teeth after following the directions on the box. I like that it comes with two dental splints. I used one to mold to my bottom teeth and one for my top teeth, just so I could see which one is most comfortable while sleeping. I prefer to wear the one I made for my top teeth. This does take some getting use to as it is a bit bulky. I asked my dentist about it at my last appointment and he said the ones they make in the office cost a lot more and are pretty bulky as well, so he always recommends trying one like this first. I should have looked at the reviews better than I did. This device is too bulky, it digs into my gums. I only last about an hour with it in my mouth. I couldn’t shut my mouth comfortably, with it getting to be the winter cold season this device would be awful you would wake up with sore throats every morning due to your mouth being wide open. I wouldn’t recommend this over priced poor quality mouth guard. ... show more

    • They are bulky
I ordered this for TMJ flareup. They were easy to mold but after a few nights they stretched out and became very bulky. Found it on the floor in the morning! Will try and remold it and see if that it doable. I do notice that it has helped my TMJ though.

    • My favorite brand of night guard
I've been using this brand for several years and the guards fit well and are very long lasting. Just be sure to follow the instructions. You're only supposed to boil them for several seconds. One reviewer mentioned boiling the guard for 2 minutes and it melting away -- well, of course it did!

Product will not fit, to small of tray for adult teeth to sit in, this is more more whitening your teeth than using it to stop grinding your teeth bulky , uncomftable, hard plastic, not what expected at all

This product saved me money and helped me with TMJ. The specialist wanted $400 for the visit and up to $2500 for a guard. I found this and gave it a try. I don't know if have a $2500 guard is any better, but I do know this was sufficient for me. You boil it for a min, mold it to your top or bottom teeth, then wear it to bed. Whenever I feel pain coming in my jaw, I wear it for a couple of nights and it stops ... show more
