I honestly did not expect it to work so well on the first use. I saw all the mixed reviews, I saw so many people having positive results, but then I saw a handful of people where they said it didn’t do anything. So I was really skeptical about getting this, but I’m very glad I did! I’ve always been self-conscious about my teeth, since I have pretty decent teeth, I only have one which sadly if you can see in the photo. But I’ve always had a problem with my teeth being yellow a little bit, even though I don’t smoke and I brush multiple times a day. After seeing the research about purple toothpaste, I knew I wanted to try some. As you can see from the pictures, unfortunately I had just eaten about an hour before this, so there is a little bit of grime in my teeth, I apologize. But nonetheless, my teeth still showed that yellow color. I followed the directions and used two pumps of the toothpaste on my toothbrush and brushed away. And to my surprise when I was done brushing and looked in the mirror, I was shocked to see the almost immediate results. I highly recommend this toothpaste! Not only does it work with the yellow staining, but it also doesn’t have a bad taste to it, it’s actually kind of sweet. And since I have sensitive gums, it didn’t leave it burning like a lot of other toothpaste. If you're dreaming of a toothpaste that turns your dental routine into a psychedelic trip to whiter teeth, you might want to keep dreaming. 'Purple Toothpaste' promised a revolution with its color wheel theory—purple on yellow equals white. Sounds like a fun science experiment, right? Wrong. The only thing revolutionary about this toothpaste is its ability to maintain the status quo on my teeth. I embarked on this three-week journey with the dedication of a New Year's resolution gym member. Twice a day, every day, I introduced my teeth to this purple potion, expecting to see my teeth transform from a dull yellow to a radiant white. The result? My bathroom sink saw more change than my teeth did. The toothpaste left a vivid purple mess everywhere but failed to leave any mark of improvement on my teeth's color. The concept, while intriguing, falls flat in execution. It's like being promised a magic show and then watching the magician pull a rabbit out of a hat, only to find out the rabbit is just a poorly drawn rabbit on a piece of paper. The toothpaste, with its bold claims and vibrant color, turned out to be nothing more than an illusion. To add insult to injury, the purple mess it created every morning and night was a constant reminder of my misplaced faith in this product. It's one thing to not work, but another to leave behind a daily cleanup chore as a memento of its failure. In conclusion, 'Purple Toothpaste' is a swing and a miss in the teeth whitening game. I used it diligently for three weeks with no improvement to show for it, except perhaps a newfound skepticism towards color theory in dentistry.     • I don’t really think it works
I’ve been using this product for a few weeks after seeing an ad about it online. I went out of my way to purchase it, having done other whitening treatments in the past professionally and on my own. After several times of use, it’s my personal belief that it only makes your teeth look whiter at the time because your gums and the dye around your teeth is purple, which, in contrast makes your teeth look white. As for the long-term benefits, I have yet to see any from using this. The immediate look appears to be whiter teeth, but that goes away pretty quickly when you get on with your day today. I haven’t seen any long-term benefit to use nor do I think it’s actually doing what it’s claiming two other than immediate moments after brushing your teeth with it. If it works for you great. However, my personal experience along with my experience having used professional cleaning from my dentist as well as other whitening products on the market, this product simply plays with the purple color to show immediate results, but nothing lasting. It’s kind of like make up you can put color blush or bronzer on and then you go on with your day wash your face 10 minutes later and it’s back to exactly what it was before you put the make up on. ... show more

    • Makes teeth whiter after each use
This product is a great whitener especially for the incredible price. It is easy to use and lasts a long time. I use two pumps every night and notice my teeth look whiter everytime I use it. It doesn't last all that long (after I drink coffee it tends to fade a bit) but it is a great option to use before a night out or in the morning before work for a whiter smile.     • Don't Know What the Hype is All About
So, I gotta say that overall, I am not impressed with this whitening toothpaste. I was excited to try it out because of all the rave reviews. So, you can imagine my disappointment when I used it for the first time, and it was okay. My teeth were a shade whiter, but nothing like what they promote on TV. Then, it would have better results if I left it on longer. So, I brushed my teeth again with the toothpaste and left it on for 5 minutes. (I know because I set the timer on my phone). After that, I rinsed it off and got slightly better results. Overall, I guess it's an okay product, but I don't think I will spend my money on it again. ... show more
