The scissors are amazing for cutting hair, they're very sharp (I accidentally nicked myself with the thinning shears lol) and cut with ease. They're very comfortable in your hand, even when held at awkward angles trying to cut your hair alone. Not to mention the overall aesthetic appeal. However, the razer has rougher edges (not even rounded) which makes it uncomfortable to hold, and when extended does not lock into place. it's very awkward to hold and obviously not nearly as much thought was put into it as was put into the scissors. It gets the job done, but please do not let the razor be a deciding factor in whether you go with this set or not. I only docked a star for the aforementioned razor, as well as for their not being pocket or band to hold the cloth and tool (I just made one myself) which make them easier to lose.
