Excellent craftsmanship with attention to detail. Comfortable to use and that's important to me because of my arthritis. Came in a pretty box and packaged with a nice comb. You could definitely make these stocking stuffers or tie a bow on it and give as a small token of thanks for your hairdresser or anyone who might be learning the trade of hair styling. They would also be nice to have handy around the house when grandkid got something sticky in their hair or just a bang-ectomy for yourself! I would recommend and repurchase. Great set and value for the price! We use them to trim my son’s hair. The comb is helpful and I love that it came as a set. Scissors are still sharp and it’s been used about 7 times to cut and trim hair.

I have my license and cosmetology so I have had my fair share of encounters with shears. before ordering these I ordered another set from another vendor which were beautiful looking they were blue they were substantial feeling however when I went to cut the hair it simply bent the hair over it would not cut a hair. I know how stupid that sounds but I had to send them back and my second choice was these. These I love I love the fact that they are offset and has a rest for my finger it gives me more control as I use them to grew my dogs pause and whiskers.
