The fridge was delivered even before my expected delivery date, which was great. My main issue was that the fridge was outside delivery only, so I had to figure out how to lug a 262lb fridge inside by myself and the delivery man was extremely rude about it. Other then that, I have no complaints. It looks nice & there is a space at the top to put a logo.     • Not user friendly/no over-the-phone support
My husband has spent the past couple hours trying to troubleshoot setting the temperature of the cooler and we called their number but unfortunately they don't do over-thep-phone support to help us with the problems. There are like 6 different default settings, and he's been you-tubing to try and figure out why the temperature won't set. The cooler seems great if we could get it to work for us!
