  • SOLID & EASY TO USE
Style: Stand
Wow... so many good things about this very affordable bike service rack! My top 3: VERY LITTLE ASSEMBLY EASY TO USE SOLID VALUE FOR SO LITTLE $s Veey few nits to pick here but I am mechanically inclined. Plus look at the excellent packaging in my 1st photo of an extra secure shipping box with extra corregated sheets for protection. Then in 2nd image I include the inner product packaging which for me was ample instructions to asemble & use. Yet as in 3rd image the instructions are mostly very large dark fonts with easy to understand wording so.I did go thru anyway before I assembled it. 4th image is a zoom in on light grey small font that makes no sense to me why some (in my opinion) inexperienced or just ambivalent to customers marketielng person would permit such a thing. Yet with extra light, I could read. USING IS not just easy but for me no complaints as it is really solid & well thought out with available super wide footprint stability & more flexibility in height & angles than I need & I'm 6'3" It has extra features like the tool tray & handle bar holder that I've not seen reason to use yet but suspect will come in handy sometimes. BUY AGAIN? Only if someone steals it as this is so solid I doubt in how I use it that it will ever break it! OH NO... Hope I did not just jinx myself! Haha! ... show more

  • Great Buy
Style: Stand
What a great buy this stand was. Working on bicycles in an elevated easy to work on position, awesome! Good quality, easy assembly, great storage when not in use. Can’t go wrong with this purchase.

  • Solid for the price (was: Inadequate dimensions)
Style: Stand
Reasonable finish & stability for the price, good (even unnecessarily high) vertical extension, but the horizontal element is too short, potentially making the whole product a no-go; the element rotates on its axis & can be clamped onto any bar of the bike frame, but they say to pick a spot close to the center of the gravity of the bike, and even when fully extended, with a bare minimum of maybe 1/8" extending on the other side, that's not enough for the pedals to clear the vertical element. There is no option to ask the seller, hence posting my dilemma here. If I don't find a way (other than removing the pedal, then this will be going back... Update 2024-08-26: Not sure what I did the first time around, but by now had 3 or 4 sessions with the stand with bike pedals clearing every time, so no worries on that front anymore. The clamp for the vertical extension came assembled too weak or too tight: it wraps around the extension so can be locked only once every full turn; at turn T it wasn't holding tight enough & the bike would slide down over time (just like many other reviewers complain), but at turn T+1 it was too tight to close. I simply unscrewed it all the way, removed & reinserted the hexagonal end two pans worth of turn tighter, and voila! Bumping up the stars... ... show more

  • Works Great For Home Use
Style: Stand
I rebuild and repait mountain bikes and this bike stand works great for use in my home shop. I did replace one of the round knobs with a T knob because it was too hard to tighten the round knob. Love the little tool shelf. Stand is also very stable. Great value for the money!

  • Easy assembly & firm / secure hold on bike
Style: Stand
I am not good at assembly, and I had this bike repair stand working in a few minutes. I have a Giant mountain bike and it was held rock stead when on the stand. The stand folded easily for storage. I’m very happy with my purchase.

  • gets better with every use
Style: Stand
I had an old ancient very heavy park tools stand I gave away. This item is half the weight, way easier to adjust & doesn't damage walls it's leaned against. Practically free too. Great for adjustments & hosing off / washing. That's what she said.

  • Not bad
Style: Stand
Been looking for a bike rack that I can use when doing some minor repairs on my mtb. This one fits the bill. Price ain't that bad compared to those expensive bike racks that pretty much does the same thing. This thing is easy to fold and unfold with just a twist of a lever. It's not the smallest when folded but compact enough to just leave it in a corner when not in use. I am not sure I can recommend this on ebikes that pack some weight. The part that holds the clamp for the bike is made of plastic. The second time I used it is when I noticed that one of the bolts that holds the foot and the sliding part of the rack was missing. Luckily, I found it back in the garage. Checked all the bolts on it and to my surprise, they are all loose. Took them out one at a time, put a dab of loctite and reinstall them. After that, the rack was nomore wobbly. Would still recommend this despite that incident. ... show more

  • great budget option
Style: Stand
I started getting more serious about DIY bike maintenance and upgrades and this is perfect especially if you are used to flipping a bike over or hanging it from a tree branch to do a tune up. It's stable enough and I don't see the plastic clamp being an issue with the light use of a home bike mechanic. ... show more
